The Crictime app isn't listed on Google Play. You download the APK here and install it yourself, which Android allows once you approve it. Plan on a couple of minutes.

Press the button above. Chrome objects with a notice that the file might be harmful. It shows that notice for any app from outside Google Play. Choose Download anyway.
It is a small file and arrives almost at once. Android posts a notification when it has finished.
Pull down the notification shade and tap Open on the finished download. Missed it? The file is in the Downloads folder of your Files or My Files app, under the name crictime.apk.
The first time, Android stops and says this source isn't allowed to install unknown apps. Tap Settings in that message, turn on Allow from this source and go back. The Install button is now available; tap it.
Play Protect sometimes adds its own caution for apps it hasn't seen in the store. If so: More details, then Install anyway.
Choose Open when the install finishes, or use the new icon on your home screen. You get the same match list as on the website, full screen.
The permission from step 3 is only needed during the install. Turn it off again if you like.
Still blocked after allowing the source. The permission was given to the wrong app. Whichever app opened the file needs it: if you opened it from Files, allow Files.
The phone says "App not installed". Usually an earlier copy of the app is in the way; uninstall that one and try again. Otherwise check free storage.
The file has gone missing. Look in Files → Downloads for crictime.apk, or simply download it a second time.
